Past success in leading teams in IT, Finance, Customer Service, Distribution, B2B Marketing and eCommerce gives him the ability to communicate actionable insights to multiple levels of any organization.He was formerly VP-eCommerce and then VP-D2C Operations for Brown Shoe Company, where he helped bring predictive modeling from transactional data to their eCommerce sites (Shoes.com, Naturalizer.com). He was also Director of European Operations for Lands’ End in Germany and then in the United Kingdom.
